The PMI Dean Stark extractor setup may be used to determine fluid saturation of core samples.

Receiving tube: 10 ml, 0.1 ml graduation
Heating temperature: 150°C
Water cooling system: 0.5 to 3 liters per minute, 18°C

    • Heating mantle with thermostatic controller
    • Boiling flask with extractor
    • Sample support screen
    • Volumetrically graduated 10 ml water receiving tube
    • Condenser and desiccant drying tube
    • flexible tubing used to connect the condenser to the water cooling unit
